They are not really on $100k, i mean, like in arena with audience watching

Talent is a great adventage over the others, but the most important factor is practice. If you want to get better at drawing, take some courses etc and draw, draw, draw. Buy a notebook, few pencils and take it everywhere with you. Draw simple sketches of your surroundings, people etc. It's proven that 10 minutes of your time spend for drawing each day radicaly improve your skills. So stop whining and start to do something.

True its not that famous anymore.
You know, I didn't get good at what I do just by sitting on my butt all day........ nothing in this world can be achieved without effort. Well, unless you're one of those people lucky enough to be born with a silver spoon in your mouth. But without money, they are nothing.

It’s almost as if you get better at things the more you do it.

Einstein said, if you judge a fish on how well he climbs a tree, it will always feel like a failure.

Talent goes far beyond the typical arts of drawing, painting, etc. A talent is any natural ability to do something. It could be that you listen to people well. Maybe you can understand people's feelings when other's can't. Maybe you trouble problems or issues well. Maybe you have super taste or smell that most don't.
It can really be anything. Don't just look at the most common talents.

Everyone draws like a five year old when they start drawing, because that is usually the age where they stopped drawing. It's not a skill that develops by itself. Getting better at drawing requires work and dedication, and a lot of practice. It's not an overnight thing. It's both about changing how you look at things and your eye/hand coordination.

As for writing: Do you read a lot? Novels, short stories? Non-fiction? How often are you writing fiction and sharing it with people for critique? What efforts are you making to improve your writing? It will always come down to effort, no matter what you do.

Singing: Have you gone and seen a teacher? Singing is one of those skills that you can get a great boost with by taking a few lessons.

You don't have a "secret talent". Nearly nobody does. At the most you have an affinity for an activity, which provides you with the enthusiasm, the drive, and the love to put in the effort and the work that are required to become an expert at something. It's not enough to be interested in something or to "click" with an activity. It's only a starting point, never more. Even so-called geniuses and prodigies have put in countless hours of focused and deliberate practice to get where they are.

Here, read this: http://making.meagerquest.com/talented-enough/

Good luck!
Then draw like 5 year old, develop that style.
Everyone has a hidden talent of some sort.
