It sounded similar to me as well, kinda lol. Now that I listened to it, and actually, when you come to think how Axl has gotten fat and didn't take proper care of himself, his voice has gotten even grittier. He does have some guys that can play well with him though:

Yup tone death as they sound nothing alike. Crabs speaks with a piarte accent and axl don't. You just hate the band hence why you said that. Oh well nothing i can do i probably hate alot of bands you like and they probably do sound like crabs or should i say a dying cat in heat.
