Instead of squeezing it to pop it, pull your skin away from it. Basically do the opposite of the motion you’d use to pop it.

Also if you get alot of pimples, sun and bathing in salt water will help.

If it is yellow, it's a blocked pore, and is already going to scar. Pop that ♥♥♥♥.

Wash your face, go buy something with 5% bezoil peroxide from the face wash aisle, wash your face more, get some sun, and see your doctor.

You will not get brain rot from popping a pimple.

Wth... I have NEVER heard of this.. I have heard you can get scars from pimples sure, but not brain damage. How would it get into the blood stream? .. I'm confused, but I'm no doctor so might be true, but it does sound like some BS.

Theres a rare chance of getting ablood infection/blood poisoning that could damage the brain if you mess with spots on your face and head.

I always make an incision in the middle of any spot I get and drain the puss out. Then I clean the empty inside with anti-bacterial soap. Usually they heal up just fine after that.
Thankfully I don't get many spots.

It's a staph infection, if yellow and crusty. Clean the area with a warm to hot cloth, pat dry, apply the antibiotic ointment, and then cover with a clear gel to prevent reinfection.
