Borderlands 2 or Battlefield 1
Which should I get while they're on sale? I might be able to go with both, but which should I prioritize?

Borderlands 2 gave you about 120+h of campaign.
Not sure about bf 1.

BD2 GOTY also come with cheap price you should buy both.

Yeah my main issue with BF1 is how quickly I would get bored of it and I think Borderlands 2 will last longer.

I've heard BF1's campaign is only about 5 hrs. Also, do you know if BD2 has split-screen coop for PC?

It does not

Ah okay that's not great... still the single player sounds fun anyways

Just started playing borderlands 2, and it's pretty awesome. There is a steady flow of players, which is surprising for an old game.

Honestly, BF1 kinda feels like its lacking contents. Even BF4 has more content than BF1.

Uh yeah BF1 are more focused on online mp if you're into it.

While BD its more into co-op and you can always solo.
I am quite sure to get a full achievement or just go to straight lv 72 you need like hours of playtime though its not necessarly since you only need to acces lv 51 or 52 i forgot to compelete the game achievement.

I was hoping they could expand the campaign in BF1. It was good and better than BF4 campaign but it's really short.

Blame EA, They always had potential and buget to develop a goty game such as Mass effect and kotor yet they always came out with Greed before quality.

Its almost like steam which always had 9/10 game but never make a real sp games anymore.

Okay so the overall consensus is Borderlands 2, but maybe BF1 as well at a push? It seems pretty much everyone likes Borderlands so I can't really go wrong there.

Borderlands 2 is an iconic game. One of the most enjoyable games I've ever played (first few hours may feel slow). Listen to all NPCs -- VA is great. Definitely get the GOTY so you get the DLC, and the level increase DLC (not included in the GOTY).

Blame EA
In the case of Battlefield campaigns blame the players. The lot of them kept going "don't waste resources on single-player".

In the case of Battlefront 1 players were VERY vocal about not wanting a Single-Player campaign. After that they complained about one not being there.

Still, I'd reccomend BL2.

I wonder if they have ever played Bad Company games bcoz most of the old fans said it was the Battlefield campaign ever. Imo, I like Battlefield 3 campaign.
