Na dont go to the police in case of this, they will think you are crazy and have paranoia, or "feel followed" disease.
If the guy is regular and says he goes home or somewhere which is in that way, you can prepare yourself for investigations.

Yeah, you don't get out much for you to say that. Where I come from, someone following you around all the place is someone who wants you dead. Clothing don't mean ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ too.

I would probably just duck into the station to wait for my folks to pick me up. If the cops ask, I'll tell them I'm not feeling well and want to be in a place where I can easily get help if needed. Plus I'm underage, so I don't think they'll give me a hard time over being "scared".

Yes, meet more police officers, if you tell them without any proof you feel followed, harmed, by a normal looking guy who can explain himself easy, you get the problems.

a normal looking guy who follows a particular child everywhere he goes ...so normal

edit: i know that calling the police without proofs is a bad idea ,im just pointing out that normal looking guys can have bad intentions
