Relatar um problema com a tradução
Scams (tricks) users into sending their friends referral links to gain points. Hense your friends sending them (if young and dumb) are being tricked into it. Then with those so-called point you can open a 'free' Steam Wallet card... but there's a survey to do (which loops around, steals your personal details, and will never release your prize).
Tell others to not use that site.

If they did that for every site that was using Steam illegally, that would cost way too much. Can't really go after non US citizens anyways.
