How to give people kick/ban perms on discord?

So on my discord server I tried giving the moderators the ability to kick and ban but they can't despite them having the permissions to do so. Can anyone help?

Right click someones name and you have the list of what you want to do, kick or ban, you may not have given moderators the privilege to kick.

I did, their role has the option to.

Try asking at their subforum on reddit or something.. Ask their support?

Did you make sure the moderator roles are positioned above the regular roles? They cannot kick or ban anyone whose role is positioned higher than theirs.
