Only enjoyable fillers were the movies, and there was a half filler, half canon episode where the two main characters get separated for what seems forever, so they decide to spend some quality time together. That episode alone makes me hate the manga ending even more than I should.

Man thats quite picky genre...
Most of good one rarely involve ecchi and harem.
Theres few but i doubt common people liked it.
Something like Monogatari series kinda not welcomed for commoners.

Heres my few suggestions (i am too lazy to check my MAL List because theres hundred of them).
- Harem/Comedy, D-Frag (is comedy,not ecchi,not really harem romance focused) (Manga)
- Harem/Action, Busou Shoujo Machievalism (Fighting girls... and stuff with male mc ofc, not really an ecchi) (Manga)
- Harem/Mystery Grisaia(Series), Similiar to monogataries. Not an Ecchi (except for specials) , i consider it one of the masterpiece. (Visual Novel)
- semiHarem/Fantasy Hitsugi no Chaika , I liked this one , ending felt rushed though but its still great (Light novel and concluded)
- Harem/Comedy/Ecchi Kore wa Zombie Desuka pretty much the genre summary (LN and will never get a sequel)
- Harem/Ecchi Highschool DxD yep you know it. Also Shounen. (Light Novel, Ongoing)
- Harem/Ecchi hardcore level 10/Supernatural, To Love Ru Series AHAHAHA nope (Manga, on break)
- Action/Fantasy/Semiecchi Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon (Light Novel Ongoing, probably no hope for a sequel..)
- Ecchi/Comedy/School Prison School. Consider this a masterpiece. I am not even joking. (manga)
- Harem/Comedy Seitokai Yakuindomo, Tsukommi type, similiar to D-Frag i mentioned. (manga)
