If anything Japan is almost impossble to invade now. They have a powerful Navy and Airforce and is defended by America if anyone attacks them.
While that may seem unreasonable at first glance, it's actually pretty rational. As a matter of course, the US maintains a roughly 2.5:1 strength ratio over its nearest competitors, Russia and China. That way, even if our biggest competitors team up to try to take us down, they're already at a disadvantage before allies are factored in.
To the US government, which has always expanded military spending under any party for the past half-century, sees this as reasonable because we'd rather that our enemies fight economic battles than military ones. I'm not saying the US always uses military force wisely, but the general strategy is sound.
Meanwhile, our allies are freed from maintaining the larger militaries they would otherwise need, which promotes more spending in productive civilian economies, which benefits us as we trade with them, which gives us more money to spend on military technology and armaments.
Or so the theory goes.
For example.... if you say "my parents died" I'll probably reply back with "wow, that sucks".
But it doesn't mean I don't care about your parents.
and you should say sorry to me not to others btw
at least don't talk like that in real life
No it's not, you just need to jump on ze Bundeswagen. You know those Germans, if you won't come to their party, they'll come get you.
