dirty gaming mouse

anyone else have a problem where their mouse gets a little bit of grime on it? i'm not sure if it's the material mine is made of but it's really annoying and makes it smell.

Nah it's on the area my hand covers. Also gets in between a few of the cracks but I pick those out with a toothpick or something.

Try washing your hands

It's likely a buildup of either dead skin, oils from your hand, or both. Just make sure you wash your hands often and take a break from holding the mouse every so often. After a long time of using your computer, it's likely to happen no matter what. I have long hair and I often find a few strands of my hair that've fallen on my desk or under the keyboard.

As for why it smells, though...that might be a you problem. Although I don't know why you're sniffing your mouse.
