I ended up being Totodile & took Meowth with me. I'm terrible of thinking up names for chars so my main pokemon was named "Krok". Only because I selected 'yes' to naming him by mistake & couldn't go back.
I also have explorers of darkness & super mystery dungeon but haven't played either of them yet.
Me.
I should try the new ones. Seemingly unpopular opinion: I really liked Pokemon Ranger.
In BRT I was a male Cyndaquil and my partner was a female Pikachu.
In EoT I was a male Turtwig and my partner was a male Piplup.
Red rescue team I got Charmander and I teamed with Pikachu (no nickname).
Explorers of Darkness I got Pikachu and I teamed with Piplup (no nickname).
Gates of infinity I chose Pikachu and teamed with an Axew named Dusky.
Not played Super Mystery Dungeon yet.
Can't remember team names and I can't really be bothered checking tbh.
I would like to see the series continue, but I do hope that the next game innovates gameplay wise by a significant amount since the MD games kind of feel like they could be way more than just "Pokemon the rogue-like". Gates of Infinity felt like a step in the right direction but unfortunatly It fell way short with it's new features imo. Not %100 sure about Super mystery dungeon but I've heard it's mostly just more of the same.
