What amazes me is governments and businesses have for years cried out about its not personal data, its not important yet for something not personal, nor important, they just cant help themselves to stop collecting it, stop targeting with it.

Im sick of all this its because of terror and crime from governments, most of the world arent either and i dont see why the majority should suffer all because of a few.

Your data is currency plain and simple and anyone thinking being in cognito or deleteing there browsing history makes your data safe from second parties is a fool. you may be personally stopping third parties while with a second party but the second party will just give them the same data another way because you legally consented to it so you could have something free.

I stopped using Chrome when I watched it regularly exchanging mystery data with Google servers without any indication what it was actually up- and downloading so regularly (it wasn't updates). My concern wasn't so much privacy (no illusions about the fact that we have little, unless we put a lot of effort into it), though, it just caused lag spikes for me due to my slow net. It's really the least transparent browser with the most unexplained network activity, though it does perform really well.

Now it's just Firefox and Pale Moon for me. I love Opera, but after it was sold to a Chinese company whose holding firm was involved in some privacy scandal, I have been reluctant to use it.
