What is scarier, Psychological Horror or Body Horror?
I'll start. In my opinion, psychological horror is the scariest because of how real it is. You can probably still sleep easy at night even after watching a body horror movie because you know that whatever monstrosity was so scary in the movie, you know that it doesn't exist in real life. In psychological horror however, this becomes much scarier, as this could happen to anybody. Horrible, evil men are much more real then horrible, evil monsters.

I guess. The next Saw movie should have victims browse through twenty random Tumblr pages. If they can do it without getting traumatized they can leave.
Body Horror if it's well done.

that is true. Alien is my favorite example of a really good body horror movie. In my opinion, the scariest thing isn't the monster, it's where the monster is. The Xenomorph can traverse through ventilation systems unseen, and that is pretty terrifying, to think that some horrible thing could be lurking in a dark corner you previously didn't think of.
Psychological horror.

Bloody gore is just garbage imo. There are ways to make it quite effective, but that honestly turns it INTO something other than 'body' horror.

Serbian Film was.... um. It was 2 hours I want back from my life and brain bleach. It was a very well made movie. It was horrific, but I wouldn't call it "horror", it was well beyond that for me. The only thing I actually like about it, however, is the music. Thinking about this movie makes me physically ill.

Human Centipede, on the other hand, (the first one, I'm not going to bother with the others) was what I'd say is well done physical horror that absolutely lapses into psychological. It was hella gross, sure, but it was also very deliberate, crafted.

It's far worse if the monster is inside of you. Especially if you can see it moving moving inside the body. Like the Prophet of regret in Halo 2.
I need neither of it.
But I 'll go with psycho horror. Bodyhorror is a shock thing that lasts for a few moments... but psycho horror might stay with you for quite a while.
well..im the quite the opposite lol..
psychological,

I've seen to much gore in games it doesn't bother me anymore.
