You seriously meant fishing? Rather than 'fishing' as in the slang term.
Well then, honestly it's a small niche audience, but some few people are willing to sit and watch. Personally I was never interested in fishing. However, my little cousin watches 'Miller Wilson' and I must say I would even watch that. It's more survival plus fishing, so there's a lot more involved than just sitting around with a rod. Think next gen 'Steve Irwin'.

Again it would depend on how quick and successful you are at a catch. If there's hours with nothing, then that would die out fast. Hense adding a bit more than just fishing might help out.
