novels & anime: clannad&after story, re:zero(novel & anime).
The airport shootout was badass but this song was pretty tragic for Max Payne.
Remind me my PS3 era.
Also, spoilers I guess, if you care about an older game.

Around 8:20 is what digs deep, because it reminds me that this is the absolute last time any Dark Souls boss will reveal itself to me, for the series, and the journey of keeping the fire from going out, and all the wonderful times I spent feeling so childishly excited for the next Dark Souls or Dark Souls DLC to come out, has come to an end. And at the end of it all, this decrepit man, the polar opposite of the gods long since bereft taken physical form, stands ready to fight you in the ruins of the old world and all its ashes. In the distance, the dilapidated remains of Lothric and Anor Londo are still standing, hopelessly.
I guess it's also worth mentioning Sister Friede's revival scene from Ashes of Ariandel. It does a good job of explaining how much pain Father Ariandel is feeling, all without actually saying a word.

The track made me cry because each time i hear it. I see a part of me dying thanks to cynthia's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ overleveled garchomp.
