If you merely drifted apart, it's not ghosting.
If you're doing it deliberately to someone who considers you relevant in life, you owe them at least a termination notice though.
As it is, I simply have too many things to do and I don't have time to spend with everyone. And that is just online time, as well. I prioritize, but I try not to forget the ones who I still consider friends.
Your not being a "man" and confronting them and telling them the problem so they can solve it with you or in their future. So they might never know theres a problem at all with them if they aren't very self aware or introspective.
Its similar to getting a job and deciding your over the job. So you don't show up. Yeah, good for you, but what about the others working that day or those weeks?
