after installation of realtek audio driver, reboot pc.
after rebooting pc, login to windows.
right click audio icon on windows taskbar.
click 'sounds'.
on 'playback' tab, under 'speakers', set 'realtek audio' as default audio device.
click 'ok'.

you can click 'configure' to change your speaker configuration or test sounds.

I have Speakers, realtek digital output, and three Digital outputs. If i set realtek digital output as default i lose sound.
And i still dont have the manager

Did you go to C:\Program Files\Realtek\Audio\HDA\RtkNGUI64.exe and click on that to open it?

Do you have an Nvidia card? I once had a problem where I accidentally installed Nvidia HD audio drivers which broke my Realtek drivers. Had to uninstall the Nvidia crap and reinstall the Realtek.
