Are single player games dying?
Personally for reasons of bandwidth and choice I never play muliplayer ...I notice clearly heaps of games that are now muliplayer only...Opinions please :)

Well, then just don't play them?

Granted, just yesterday I've started playing an online game that's very solo-friendly, but that's an exception. Most of my games are singleplayer. I don't see a lack of singleplayer games in any way, shape or form.
There's been a decrease in AAA singleplayer games over the past few years. The good news is that indie developers will fill the void.
Hopefully not, because I only play singleplayer games.

And I have a lot of recent single player games in my wishlist, so, doesn't look like they're dying or something like that.
Not dying at all. Many games come with the possibility to co-op or multiplay as option but not as a must play.
singleplayer games are always much better quality then multiplayer games , just compare Fallout series to shooters like PUBG.
singleplayer games are far from dead
There are tons of good single player games being released, what are you talking about?
No, I've got a fair amount of single player games on my wishlist and if single player were to go extinct i'd probably kill myself.
I predict that AAA devs will probably release less of them in the next few years, simply because they don't make as much profit as a microtransaction filled multiplayer game. Unless their scheme of adding them to single player works, in which case I'm not looking forward to the next few years of gaming.
Not really. There are still plenty of single-player games being released. Look at Wolfenstein 2 or AC:Unity, for example. Those came out today.

No multiplayer whatsoever.

I am not the cooperative type. I spend most of my time inside a solo server, experimenting and what not.
I'd say there's been an increase if anything, minus EA.

Look at Elex, HZD, Mario, etc

You mean origins,, right?
I do not really do single player games, but they seem to be no less common to me?
Hm. For some it's like more profitable to sell some multiplayer components with your singleplayer game.

Almost like business models had to shift for some reason.

Hm.
