How do I convert paypal money?
Kay, this is kinda offtopic but I need this to buy a game on steam.
How do I convert paypal EUR to paypal RUB or paypal IDR?

Or, can I like put 20 euro's from my bank to an Russian or Indonesian paypal account (which I created) and it will automatically exchange?
You can't. You would have to charge your paypal account with that currency.

You can do it via credit card, I think.

Why you need to convert currency?
If you're going to use it just use normally.
You said about purchasing game on steam, should try filling the wallet first.

some games are cheaper in other currency, I can safe over 10 euro on a 20 euro game.'

Nevermind, you can't. You have to use a VPN to do so and that's not allowed (I think).
