Well if humanity doomed to extinct then theres no other choice to accept it unless you want to fight as a whole humanity against the same enemies.

What if we made the first contact with intellegence life? A war might might canot be avoided.

There might be even biological warfare in space or unknown subtles that could instant kill any humans.
