Looking for 2d dungeon crawler games with lots of puzzles

The Legend of Zelda series are basically Dungeon crawlers with an emphasis on puzzles. Other than that, I'm not really sure if there are any good ones on PC. There is a dungeon crawler called Legend of Grimrock that has a heavy focus on puzzles, but this is in 3d and in 1st person.

I second this. You have to do stuff in the right order to win. If you mess up then you might not get enough power to beat the bosses.

While they don't really have many puzzles in a typical sense, they do feature puzzle like gameplay due to how in depth the gameplay mechanics can be.

The Binding of Isaac Afterbirth

The same dev has a game in development called The Legend of Bum-bo which is a lot more focused on puzzles than Isaac. It comes sometime in december.
