How do i change channel Icon in YouTube?

idk if this is the right topic for Steam Discussion.. but how do i change channel icon? After youtube updated their website to clean white theme i can't change my Channel Icon/Picture anymore.. i clicked my icon then it says "Your channel icon comes from your Google account. Changes may take a few minutes to show on your channel."

it's been 1 week now and my channel icon still stays the same.. however my Personal YouTube account's icon/picture got updated with the new one that i uploaded..

YouTube Channel => the one where i upload my videos for youtube

YouTube Personal Account => the one that i got from registering my Google Account to YouTube

You have to clear your browser's cache.
Others will see the new image, but you won't until then.

dude just revert back to old youtube layout
click your icon and then click "go back to old youtube" or wahtever

will it actually change my icon to a new one? i don't mind the new youtube layout/design.. it's just that i can't change my youtube channel's icon..

You mean favicon or logo? Just adblock that logo.

I tried to change favicon in site code before making bookmark, it will still have new icon.

For favicon, there are browser plugins that allow to change it. But I dont know where to find old icon. If you still have [unopened] bookmarks, old icon could probably be saved in cache.
