Berserk anime. Worth watching again knowing the ending?

I watched Berserk back when I could rent it from blockbuster. I was a kid too young to watch but my mom thought it was a normal cartoon (god bless colorful animations) so I know exactly what happens and about Gut's life. I really wanna watch it again but I know how it ends. Wont spoil anything but would you re watch it knowing its inevitable end? I heard the manga literally starts after everything from the anime happens. Maybe re watching will encourage me to read the manga.

Yeah, if you enjoy it then I'd say go ahead and rewatch it, plus you might notice some stuff you didn't the first time or have forgotten about since.

First off, if you like it, of course you should. Or you could watch the three movies, as they cover the same story arc, just with a lot of material closer to the manga and better animation.

As for the manga, it starts pretty much where the series and movies do. There is just a lot more plot and a couple important characters that got omitted from the series.

Whatever you do, do NOT watch the new Berserk anime, it's a complete joke.

As for the manga, give it a go.
