Can't think of any others that are in the typical shounen-genre, since I usually don't watch stuff from that genre.
It really depends on the anime and the creator of the original souce material; some are good, and some are not. Just gotta find them.
Even if the animators were to do that, they'd be completely wasting their time, which is a lose-lose situation for both, especially considering the payment that japanese animators get. A good animation studio wouldn't go for that route, either.
