Getting sick doesn't strengthen your immune system, in the same way that throwing a rock at a wall doesn't make it stronger. Your immune system isn't a muscle.

Technically it does make you more immune to illnesses because you can't get the same illness twice.

When you kiss someone, you are literally exchanging saliva with that person, it's a human trait that strengthens the immune system. I'm not saying I encourage eating food with someone's saliva on it, but the high level of disgust is just slightly hypocritical.

the situation i had encounter is , i was about to eat my food. then a co worker eat part of it after he asked. aftter he ate, i offered to him the food (because i dont want to eat it after he ate it) but he pushed it back to me, so in the end, i have dump the food into a trashbin
