I have good internet and ping but i still lag, help

my family just got a neew internet plan that is way better than our old one, and in every oline game i play i have a good ping but i have a 1-4 secontd lag spike every minute. My brother has never had this problem though and i dont know what to do someone please help me.

there is no way its my pc because its a 800$ pc and im lagging in csgo, path of exile, pubg, and rocket league.

Try switching from wifi to wired, that way you connection to your router would be more stable

Ebay/amazon, and yeah no wonder you're experiencing dips, you're a hundred feet away form your router

Maybe it's not the internet that's lagging after all but your brain? Get it checked out.

1-4 second lag spike?, you mean you got 1000ms to 4000ms lag spike?

ISP plan (ie: fiber 1gbps, dsl 100mbps) ?
internet connection at home, router?

i got it fixed guys thanks for the help
apperently my computer was set to prefer 2.4g connection so i set it to prefer 5g and it works much better now as i have the fiber 1gbps plan and it has a 5g connection
