Strongest fictional characters ever created?

What I'm looking for is suggestions for who/what is the strongest being ever created in fiction.
My choice would be Azathoth from HP Lovecraft
To put it simple Azathoth is dreaming of existence. Concepts of reality such as death, destruction and life including laws of physics are all made up by his dream. He isn't aware of it though because he isn't lucid. Should he ever regain consciousness of any level the reality would be reconfigured or destroyed.

Wouldn't be able to say in terms of godlike characters or whatever, but I reckon Kei Nagase from Ace Combat 5 is one of the strongest human characters I've ever seen.

She's not too physically strong, I mean, I wouldn't want to take her on in hand to hand combat, but ya know...

Her strength lies in her heart, who she is. At one point in the game, she's shot down in the middle of a blizzard, and the chopper that goes to pick her up crashes. She not only saves the pilot and co-pilot of said chopper, but keeps them safe and treats their wounds, and they survive to the next day.

When you go to rescue her and the other pilots, she's managed to hold a group of hostile soldiers hostage, and get some info from them, with only a handgun.

I could go on more, but she's a total badass.

In everything else, Superman.

Accord from the Drakengard/NieR universe. Androids who freely hop dimensions and wield almost godlike capacity to interfere with timelines are certainly up there.
