Blades of the Immortal : A bloody good samurai romp, with one of my favorite chracters, Manji the Hundred Man Killer.
Appleseed : If you like Ghost in the Shell, you will like this. A Cyberpunk tale from the same creator, it a world after the apocalypse.
Orion : Another work from the Ghost creator, which is full of magic and gods, which is over the top full of action and humor.
Gunsmith Cats : Girls, guns, and grenades, set to high speed car chases in Chicago.

I use a subscription,
But I believe there a few apps that take mangas from the internet and give them to you.

Basically,a browser for mangas.

Search around,and you should be able to find them.

My favorite manga/anime of all time is probably Rune Soldier. Definitely recommend watching the show, it's a 2-part (24 episodes total) fantasy style series, which focuses on a group of adventures and a bumbling magician who is constantly failing(?) at magic and instead relies on his fists. It's very comical but not in an over-the-top sort of Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo kind of way.

My goodness, I'll second this. Louie's antics are a barrel o' laughs. Just thinking back at that one made me laugh.
