Question about mp3gain

I have a playlist of music to use in GTA IV, but it is too quiet. Someone said you can resolve this by using mp3gain.

I'd like to know if mp3gain is safe, I might use mp3gain-win-full-1_2_5.exe, but I put the exe through VirusTotal and it says there is a 1/64 Detection ratio.

One of the antiviruses says it may have Malware. Heuristic! on it, is this a false positive or is it actually a virus? I did download the file from the official site.

My antivirus (Malwarebytes) says it is safe. By the way, the antivirus that detected the malware was called Rising.
