Is Netflix still king?

Netflix used to get at least a few good things every month, but lately it seems to be less about movies and more about Netflix originals. A few are good (Stranger Things, Daredevil, Stand up specials) but I'm not that interested in most of them. The only good thing they got last month was Rogue One, didn't watch anything else on Netflix.

Hulu, OTOH, I watch several times a week so I'm not dropping it. After I watch S2 of Stranger Things I'm thinking of dropping Netflix though for either HBO or Amazon prime. I don't watch enough TV to justify more than two services, and Hulu is staying.

So what about it? Is Netflix still all that?

I've thought about getting rid of Netflix, they don't have hardly of the movies I ever want to watch. But then they got MST3K, so I'll keep it.

Amazon Prime is pretty great. I got it for free 2 day shipping when I was ordering a lot of guitar things, but there's a lot of different stuff on there I have liked watching -- I think it has gotten better. Plus you can get the Amazon Music app and Prime members can stream music, or download a lot of albums.

the service that netflix offers is really good but not worthwhile in my case since i have a limited 50GB/month of LTE data from my isp.

a sister subscribed to neflix in the past but discontinued it once netflix started hiking price.

It doesn't really have the movies I want but sequels eh the originals are pretty good

I have it but I don't really use it. More for the wife who'd rather not have to pay the crazy high cost of cable. They throw the odd movie or anime on there that I'll watch, but the Netflix originals suck ass for the most part. Now they come out even faster than ever too..

It's illegal to legally stream TV without Rupert Mordoch's permission, where I live. So piracy is the only answer.
