From the Washington Post:

“It’s great when the critics and audiences are in sync but in the end it comes down to: Has the film reached the intended audience?” said Adrian Smith, Sony’s president of domestic distribution. “Seeing these results, it clearly has.”

Sony is expecting the film, which cost an estimated $50 million to produce, to play well for the rest of the summer.

Not only Wreck It Ralph got stolen by Emoji movie, they also steal other movies like Inside Out and Lego Movie for characters and settings.

And this movie was part of the reason TJ Miller left Silicon Valley. Haha.

TJ Miller even parachutes to promote this crapfest.

Not to mention that Sony's art style is downright hard to look at in most of their animated films, the lack of detail and how unprofessional it looks hurts my eyes.
