What's your opinion on Discord?

I've been using it non-stop for the past month. I think it's great with friends but boring with no friends.

Well it is made around talking to friends. So without friends it would be pretty boring. I use it when me and my brother play games together.

Its great. Shame that some people won't even bother due to Skype, Teamspeak, or Mumble. Hope the Screensharing update can challenge that.

People sometimes use skype as their personal contact number. It's kinda hard to replace skype with something else.

Discord does feel a lot better than TS and mumble tho. More lightweight, and free to setup a room. The only reason i wanna use ts instead of discord is if i want to see user location

Honestly though, I find it difficult to make friends on Discord Servers. Don't know if it's just me. Then again, you have to be really dedicated to the server and constantly online. I'm not up for that

I don't tend to make friends either, I was just saying it's an option. I spend most of my time on my own and friend's servers.

Agreed. I think Skype is alright. My issue is that Microsoft doesn't really care about Skype. It rarely gets any major updates anymore and people can track your IP very easily. Then again, I'm sure people can track your IP everywhere else.
