Reggie must go! Nintendo fans what do you think? [Updated]

Time and time again, Nintendo has failed in it's vision to return to the top of the gaming market. Ever since the release of the Nintendo 64, poor decisions have been made regarding 3rd party support (lack thereof), Nintendo gaming peripherals, and Nintendo console designs. With the release of the Nintendo Switch, the quality of content has spiraled even further down the slope. Lack of content yet again rear it's ugly face as it did on the Nintendo 64, Gamecube, Wii, and WiiU.

Where's the games?..

A bunch of third party support "signed on" to "support" the Nintendo Switch. Of this 3rd party support, include:

Well, here it is almost a half year since it's release and what's available is a few obscure and paltry quality games. No internet browser functionality, no proper multiplayer support, no Apps, no Crunchy Roll, no backwards compatibility for the SNES and NES games people bought from the Nintendo eShop on earlier systems, which are now not even in production anymore.

Instead of making NES games available on the Switch eShop, Nintendo basically slaps everyone in the face and releases a "mini" Nintendo. Now, a "mini" Super Nintendo (SNES) is in the works. Another slap in the face to those wishing to play the SNES games they already bought on the WiiU and 3DS eShop. What's the point of a Nintendo ID or Nintendo Account?

Nintendo (specifically Nintendo USA) has failed to make decisions based of the customers best interest nor has it kept up with current generation technology and support. This is why Reggie Fils-Aimé must go. He has been "president" of NOA for too long. It's time for a new president. One with a much better vision. One that will bring Nintendo developed games to ALL consoles, including PC and PC game distribution platforms such as Steam or GOG. One that will push his or her company to work generously with third parties in order for the best support possible. Nintendo could be at the top of the video gaming world as it was during the years of the NES and SNES, if it wasn't so out of touch with reality.

If Nintendo brings it's games to other consoles, then their own products are finished. Why do you think Halo never goes to PS4 or Crash Bandicoot never goes to Xbox?

The Switch is still a VERY new console. Remember the early PS4 days? "PS4 has no games!" was basically a selling point for a year. The 3Ds was the same way!

You're forgetting that the DSI and 3Ds were and are massive successes. The 3Ds is more popular than both the Xbox and PS4 if I remember correctly.

Nintendo Switch could handle games like Red Dead Redemption, Assassins Creed: Black Flag, and Borderlands 1, 2 and Pre-Sequel without breaking a sweat! The Switch is more powerful than the Xbox 360, and the 360 handled RDR and AC: Black Flag just fine.

The problem is, those who are at the helm of said companies don't know what the heck they are doing! They're too busy counting money and living up the high life.

RDR and Borderlands 1-"3" are all lower-spec last-gen games. Compared to the Xbone and PS4, the Switch is a joke. The Switch can only play larger-scale games like Zelda for 3 hours off of battery, and when connected to a 1080p TV it has framerate issues. (It's a 720p console).

It's not gonna be able to play the latest AAA games (At least not without compromises in graphics or content), and that's what hinders it. Another issue is the hilariously small 32GB of storage. Some games (Dragon Quest collection) actually take up more storage than the system has.

I never trusted him. He has a strange grin almost un-Earthly. In my honest opinion i think he's been keeping Nintendo down instead of lifting it up.

It's not the user ends fault the Switch is underpowered. That was the decision of the ones at the top where Reggie is. Why didn't Nintendo ask it's customers what they wanted before making the Switch? Sony and XBox don't have to ask their customers because they are in touch with reality.

A RDR or Borderlands series port on the Switch would be like printing money. Same goes for Diablo 3. A D3 would be absolutely possible on the Switch, yet the ones at the helm making decisions seem to be lost. Again, the problem is Nintendo is out of touch with reality ever since the N64.

To prevent disappointments like the N64, Gamecube, Wii, WiiU and Switch in the future, Reggie needs to go.

From Software is on board for Switch support. As to what and if they are doing anything, is unknown. Which is a shame. It would prevent a lot of people from trading in their Switch towards a Xbox One X or PS4 Pro if they at least released a few screenshots of what they are working on.

I think by the time Metroid 4 is out, the PC will be able to emulate the Switch.

Nintendo has no clue on marketing. but they seem like nice people and they make a alright game every now and again.
