A medley is a compilation of songs usually one after the other. I think the word you are looking for is either a mashup or in some cases a bootleg. But probably mashup.

I think the end of that song is the litmus test for new listeners to Rush. You'll know right then if you can handle old school Geddy's vocals with that part.
