TLDR: you can stick any GPU on any MOBO
DDR4 only. Again it's a slot thing, DDR3 uses a different kind of mounting.
You wouldn't want to, even if you could.
There are a lot of boring technical reasons, among which DDR4 is much faster than DDR3. The fastest DDR3 kits available topped out at 2133 MHz, the most basic DDR4 kits start at 2133 and go into the 3000s.
DDR4 is just better, it replaced DDR3 for very sound reasons.
That would work just fine.
I actually built a PC midway through last year with an H110/DDR4/GA4560 combo. It's working beautifully right now as an office PC.
