I've gotten sick a couple times recently and lost 50 lbs in around 18 months, but half of that was in the last 3 months alone. Slow and steady loss means no saggy weird skin >_>
Make all your food fresh and if you can from scratch. Use basic ingredients and don't use much already prepared foods like frozen dinners and such.
But I absolutely agree - being "big" is a pain, but being "just a little big" is annoying as heck. "Why can't I just lose that last 10 pounds?!" I'm just lucky that I practically never throw anything away, and have clothing that fits me still.
If you're chubby after eating healthy, you're a beautiful kind of chubby.
People don't realise what their food actually does to them.
