to be clear I do understand you are looking for hyper realism enviroment but I have to tell you a lot of peoples understanding of the visual quality of current voxel is way out of date.

I knew voxels were being used in games like that, what I want to know is if it has a mesh mapped on a large portion of the map.

I've played around with them before. Its plenty of fun, but the destruction is limited to large pieces of things flying off. Not a crumble mechanic like in the clips.
