Just because I enjoyed the game when I was younger; doesn't mean I can't enjoy it now haha!
Maybe that's due to location or social friend circle. I haven't a lot of real life friends who play Yugioh either, I have a few that play MTG, I even played that for a while. But if you go to local game stores you usually have tournaments and such on certain days. Yugioh is still VERY much played. Depends where you look. I just want to get back into a game I enjoyed collecting as a child. Whether or not I find someone on this social playform doesn't matter to me; as long as I try, who knows. :-)
Wow I didn't know this game existed :) Thanks for the input! The game is a little pricey and some of those reviews mention it might not be advisable for someone new to the game. I think what I'll do it head on down to my local game store tomorrow and see what I can find out there.
However; I'll keep my eye on this and the ££££££ amount of DLC lol!
;-)
I always assumed it's still 'sell your kidney to afford the cards' type of deal. After all Wizards of the Coast control the card distribution I think. I suppose you have a point! :-)
