my monitor is a acer 1920x1080 60ghz

when i ran payday 2, it ran with 23-25 fps with 1920x1080 res with med settings
lowered it to 1360 x1060 ran with 29-30,while using razer cortex for both
and overclocked a bit memory clock offset +200 mhz

how can i run it 30+? and can someone explain more about overclocking cus when i asked a friend on what to do he told me to move only memory clock offset, can someone who knows stuff explain to me? ihave memory andgpu clock offset (thunder master)

Just play on low graphics and low res.

Then get a better graphics card.

Upgrade your GPU. Your PC runs like ♥♥♥♥ just because of that thing.

The GT 730 is your problem. All the overclocking in the world won't help you because the 730 Is bottlenecking your processor

Then you will need better hardware.

Assuming you have disdabled all unnecessary processes and services, optimised any network rrequriements (where applicable) then lowering visual settings is recommended to improve performance. If you don't wish to do this, there's not really much other option left.

I reccomend you get a 1050Ti. They're cheap and require very little power.

Get a new graphics card I'd recommended MSI Nvidia GTX 960/970, I currently use the 970 and I play everything on High between 62-552 FPS depending on the game.

Get a gtx 1060. Then you can have VR on your PC, and you won't lag unless it's coming from the game itself.

Yes but it should go without saying that until you can buy and install a somewhat decent graphics card, you won't be able to run most modern games without lowering graphics settings.

The OP is asking how to run games at high settings on a very terrible graphics card. Which isn't possible. If you want to run games on high settings then you need to spend the money on the right hardware
