I hate the user interface. I hate the mixed community. I hate how everything is controlled by idiots. I just don't like it but everyone else does. Why? Why do you like it or use it? Do you?

I hate the UI. I get the idea behind it, but I can't help that I'm in a museum looking at what the internet was like before I was born. It's dull and annoying to use so I never got into it.

The signal to noise ratio is pretty bad. If i'm not interested in the original comment i don't want to read the pages of inane responses, so i just end up scrolling and scrolling through all the comments about comments to get to the next comment about the thread topic.

Reddit is better than steam forums in all sorts of discussions aspect, people are lot more mature & helpful.

And that basic interface make it fast af.

The UI is something you just have to get used to.
I don't see how the folks over there are idiots, I mean I thought the Steam Discussion Forums are bad enough in terms of reliability.

i somtimes look at it but its like the worst community on internet. its just a place where ppl go to downvote things and say mean things so they feel better about themselves.
