If you have strong arms
would that help you handle the recoil when firing a gun better?

I'd think being having muscles would make it a bit easier than having string for arms.

I've been to the shooting range a few times in my life so anyone can fire a pistol the recoil there is like nothing , when it comes to rifles it depends what gun you are using cause for example let's say you want to "spray and pray" out of an automatic you probably wouldn't hit a thing that's why people mostly use burst fire because it's much easier to control.
So yeah strong arms would help with firing bigger caliber rifles but even strong arms can't help you if you don't know how to hold a gun.

Just the arms? No. Shoulders, arms, forearms and hand-grip are what helps you with recoil when firing a gun. Increasing your arm and shoulder strength increases shoulder stability reducing felt recoil and improving recoil management, especially when using pistols which are usually fired with the arms extended without the benefit of a shoulder stock for added stability. Increasing your grip and forearm strength improves your control and and helps prevent “limp wrist” malfunctions. Well, at least that's what it's called if you ask people in the gun ranges where I live.

meh my only reason to have big arms is to lift the girl of my dreams up

Not IMO. You let the recoil work for you rather than fight it.

You would get injured that way; not smart.

Guy in the vid shouldn't have given her the pistol. Last time I saw something like that, the person holding the gun had to go into the ER to get a bullet removed from his throat.

A large man using the same technique would have yielded the same result

no, what really should have happen was he should have explaino or her helped her get into the right fireing position but if the video was intended to show someone hurt themselves then thats really their own stupidity. I was 12 when i shot my first gun but my dad explained to me proper gun safety and positioning to avoid injury.

Not true - you clearly don't know how firearms work or how to handle them. Use some of that common sense and be quiet. You clearly don't know what you're talking about.
