I'm playing the witcher 3 and find myself wanting to put Roach down. Caught myself thinking "Roach is the worst" Then I remembered Elder Scrolls Oblivion. So what is your most hated horse to ride in a video game?

Gun. The horses are foul. I would almost rather run everywhere.

I can't remember any others ATM, but it annoyed me that the ones in Skyrim couldn't walk backwards.

i played skyrim before oblivion. and let me tell you oblvion is much much worse. as far as gun goes i have never played that game. Red dead redemption is the only game i can think of that had good horse mechanics.

Jumping while standing still makes them reel back.
Also they can walk up near-90 degree inclines

really? its been a while but i remember Oblvion being much worse.

That is exactly how it feels. I feel like witcher is more frustrating just due to it almost being good. like attacking on the horse is cool(albeit it looks hillarious with how bad i am at it) the control is decent, but then the horse will get stuck on the tiniest branch.

ummm idk, but like skyrim you try to turn around, horse move forward to turn around, but oblivion i think you just have control to turn left or right and forward or back

My first playthrough of witcher3 I played with KB&M & I didn't have too many issues with steering roach or anything. Second playthrough I borrowed a controller & I found the steering really crap & clunky. Plus calling him & having him get stuck on things was annoooyingggggg...
