You could just make your recording and then edit the video to simulate the effects of lag. After all, you don't really want to experience lag. Haha

Have an AV run a deep scan
YouTube in 10 tabs playing a video at once
Run an intense emulator like pcsx2
Run a benchmark software
Decompress a huge zip file
