I find it funny how the topic turned into "Bruce Lee v.s. Chuck Norris". xD
Tyson was a skilled fighter who turned into a meme.

Wait... That is Cheesy Toast too... CRAP!

Yet Chuck Cheese still says Lee was the superior fighter.

He never said that.

Chuck Norris: “Would I have beaten Bruce Lee in a real competition, or not? You’ll forgive me for answering with another Bruceism: ‘Showing off is the fool’s idea of glory.’ ”

Oh. Cool.

I must have misread that part during the interview about the two of them working out together for over 3 years, or how they worked out their very real fight in Dragon.

Thank you for correcting me!

Easily Bruce Lee. Bruce created his own system of fighting and some of the best from all over came to train under him like Chuck Norris. Bruce also was almost a cyborg by how much he had trained. He could throw up a punching bag in the air and kick it in half. He left seriously wounds on people even when he held back all of his strength. A trespasser got onto his property one night and Bruce's wife screamed. Bruce kicked the guy one time as hard as he could and that guy had to go to the hospital.

Bruce was an original Triad gang member and he regularly got into street fights when he was younger. During the film of one of his movies, a tall Chinese guy that was ripped in muscle told Bruce that his movies and moves were all magic tricks and smoke behinds mirrors. Bruce challenged him to prove it and a bystander said that the tall guy's martial arts was very good but he couldn't land a single hit on Bruce and Bruce quickly defeated him.

Bruce also regularly entered martial arts tournaments in his street clothes and watched as the other contestants were showing off their moves to the crowd before the fights. Bruce sat and watched them. Bruce won every single tournament that he entered and he'd beat former champions in seconds.

The fact that Bruce died from working out too much and his heart stopped showed how much he loved training. Mike is no pushover, I respect Mike and I'd never be stupid enough to try and fight him lol, but Bruce would win.

It wasn't a real fight, it was a movie that had a plot set where Bruce was supposed to win. It's called choreography. A sequence of movements were staged to appear like a real fight. Bruce Lee was probably better than anyone in history at choreography, but there is a huge difference between that and a real fight.

Chuck Norris: Well, what we did was we knew each other so well, because we had worked out together so long, Bruce said "What do you want to do, Chuck" Well I said "Why don't I do this and this", and he said "Well, I'll do this" and so on. So we just got there and free sparred around and fought!

In real life, Chuck and Bruce respected each other and were good friends. They each trained under the other to learn more about the art. Tae Kwon Do was a waste of time for me as it wasn't for me. Kung Fu seems to be impractical in this country because you must remember that every country has its own fighters. Karate has never appealed to me either.

Bo Jitsu (Art of the Staff) was my preferred weapon training because even a broom stick can be used as a weapon or a tree branch. Taking Samurai classes or Numchuck classes seemed to be impractical as this isn't 15th century Asia where people carry such weapons on them, lol.

I'm a descendent of some Mongolians from way back and thus I'm short for my genes at 5:8 and 150-160 pounds. I started to take Wing Chun because it was made by a woman and it is very practical that teaches no fancy moves or kicks, so it's more similar to modern day fist fighting compared to the other martial arts. It really helped me and I started to mix some Tai Chi moves with it and it's a very good self defense art that is perfect for shorter people that just want to protect themselves or loved ones.

Lol. Well in my eyes, Martial Arts is pointless as a competition. It offers a healthy lifestyle and most people use it as a way for self defense and they don't even like to fight. Martial arts is very good for women in my opinion because nine times out of ten, women are more targeted for muggings and ra*e compared to men.

Every art is different and thus it is better suited for different people. Master (Ng) Mui, created it to help out a defenseless woman that was targeted by thugs. The leader tried to force her to marry him and that's when Master Mui stepped in to protect and train her. The art was named after the woman, Wing Chun. Wing defeated the thugs and passed the style down to her husband and children.

It was a secret art for countless generations before Master Ip Man taught Bruce Lee and many others the style and it became OK to teach and practice it.

If you are going to learn to fight, boxing is the most practical. Followed with Akido.

Any martial art that isn't taught full contact is training you to not use it right.
