21 Pilots have 2 members, one playing the drums, the other singing. I am not sure if that is considered a rock band...

Their older songs were more Piano and Bass rock, and then they became alt-electro-poprock, now they're just alternative rock, and some of their songs are poppy. Tyler actually plays piano and bass, and in live performances recently has started adding fuzz to his bass so it sounds more rocky, and it's rlly nice! They're not a rock band though per-se. People just say rock more than alternative.
