Well, lets not get that sharp. To me, choosing a person who can understand me and person I can understand is all that matters. You know what they say, belly will meet belly anyways, whatever the height. It may look 'funny' to people around you but like I said, you live for yourself not for them.People will talk anyway.
Protectionism is ridiculous too.I find tall ones to be weak.In martial arts, my tall opponents were unstable and easy to put on ground. It was my height (1.78) who would give me hard time and those in 1.70 range who would be incredibly strong.
I rarely ever see that in women. Men have more associated with height than women tend to.
That's called Napoleon Complex.
We should call it the Tom Cruise syndrome.
And Devito is awesome, and seems totally content being a short awesome guy. He DID marry Rhea Pearlman, so he apparently likes taller women.
And I don't think Kenny Baker had a complex. Or the few times I met him, he seemed pretty chill.
Maybe Vern Troyer Disorder. I met him once, and saw him drunk out of his mind on stage with Limp Biskit during the Napster tour, and he was pretty cocky and throwing heat.
Napoleon was 5'6, and Tom Cruise is 5'7.
Napoleon Complex still stands.
Where as Tom Cruise IS in fact short for our times.
°~°
You saying I'm short, cuz I'm 5'7.
