What model of Zippo do i have?
Im trying to ask this everywhere so,
Ok so i have a Zippo for a while and i want to sell it. Ițd like to add in the description the model of my Zippo but i cant seem to find it, the only thing i have is a little "13" in a corner of the lighter and the date it was made, G-16 ( July 2016 ). I dont know how to describe the lighter, its a polished chrome with lines from corners that go from left to right and vice versa. I'd add a photo but i dont think many people would tell by it.

Thanks,
Lukas

Thank you but that doesnt really help, it only shows the date codes for the models. A lot of Zippos have been made in July 2016, i've found out after all what model is after asking on a facebook group, its this ( Diagonal Weave ) model but i still dont know what is with the "13" on it

You've had your Zippo for "a while", but it's less than a year old?

Unless it has a specific design, I don't think people will ask for more info other than the manufacturer date.

Also, if you are to sell a zippo lighter, be sure to clean it and add a new wick and/or flint. While it's not mandatory, it's a nice thing to do.

Since when "for a while" means XYZ years?

Yes, already changed the flint but i dont have any more wicks so i will just cut the burned part and pull out from inside a little.
Oh and by the way, this is the little "113" i was talking about, it cant be seen too well but its on the lower left side.

I bought a bag of Fun Size Snickers on Monday. I'll start saying I've had them for a while.

Just spent 20 mintues looking for my Zippo. Haven't used it in probably 5+ years, and have no idea where it got off to. No clue when it was manufactured, but it's been in my possession since 1992. Wish I could find it.

Since its so cringy to watch you arguing about what "a while" means, i have it for over a half year. Just stop being soo frustrated.

I actually think I got mine around 92 as well, actually. It wasn't anything fancy, and I have had to send it in for repairs once (Thanks lifetime free repairs!) But I love the ability to produce reliable fire at will.
