When is Rockstar Publisher Weekend?

I've been waiting for it for about a month now to buy LA Noire,I know it may sounds cheap to you guys,but I can only afford it at small price.Waiting for it to go on sale.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure theres no set date for publisher weekend sales or any sales for that matter. The only sales we can expect are the summer sale and the Christmas sale (may be forgetting a few others).

Well, I'm sure sales are planned a little bit ahead of time. I mean, I don't see publishers being like:
"Hey Jim, let's just, like, have a sale for our games."
"Right now?"
"Right now."
