Chopped boiled eggs are great in tuna salad. I never eat it without eggs.

How would the egg be cooked? Fried, scrambled, etc?

My grandma used to swear Fish and Milk would make you sick. Egg and tuna isn't going to do anything. It already has egg in it, in the mayo if nothing else.. Just cook the egg and plop it on.

You could use raw eggs, just make sure you use PASTURIZED eggs. :)

But seriously, you can make cookie dough with pasturized eggs and eat it raw all you like. Almost no chance of catching something bad, like Salmonella.

Pretty much. Or I would be dead. We used to put a raw egg in milkshakes as we blended them. Added a pleasant tang to the sweetness. And look. I never got the chicken plague.

Yeah. The risk of catching something is pretty low, but not low enough. Ive eaten plenty of doughs and other raw egg stuff.

Its mostly a matter of better-safe-than-sorry.

Ive had Rotovirus before (caught from our cows), and I was hospitalized. I thought I was going to die.

I cant imagine what salmonella is like.

I scramble egg whites with tuna in whole wheat sometimes for a snack.

Tuna is bad, mkay?
tuna and egg sandwich is really good.

options for egg: sunny side up or scrambled.

sandwich the cooked egg and tuna (flakes sans briny/oily liquid) between two buns.
you can slightly preheat buns in (microwave) oven for like 4 seconds.
