I have a huge virus scare.

So last night I took my shower, and when I came back, the Mii channel music was playing from my computer. My original thought is that my sister is just messing around and has her tablet controlling it. I looked behind the monitors and there was just cables and my speakers.

So then I got really suspicious.

Notice how I said something towards the end of the video? A few seconds after I ended the recording, I heard a text to speech voice say "the ♥♥♥♥ did you say to me you little ♥♥♥♥♥". At that point, I started panicking. I put my computer to sleep and unplugged my microphone and wifi adapter. But now I'm just wondering how I got a virus.

Can you get viruses from looking at websites? Cause the only things I downloaded that day was discord and blood and bacon. Do y'all know what's going on? What do y'all think I should do? So far I've changed all my passwords. But how should I fix this? This is really scary cause I've spent well over a thousand dollars of my teenage saved money over this, and now I'm really pissed. They can sell my accounts and my location. Please help, thank you for reading.

malwarebytes. when you're done scanning you can delete them.

Do you not have a virus scanner installed? Have it scan daily, don't visit sites that you dont trust and don't click on random links send via steam.

Malwarebytes is good as far as I know, Windows comes default with "Windows Defender"

Dang. And I thought that desktop background is the virus (spooky).

I recommend you restart the comp on safe mode (press f8 multiple times during boot) and run a full malware and virus scan on your comp. Alternatively (if you're an advanced user) you can find the virus on the task manager, track suspicious looking .exes running and delete the file. Worst case scenario is that you have to fully reset everything from your computer. Since you have quite a nasty virus there OP
